cramped room and bathroom, lucky we were both of very low weight and stature. Limited viewing on tv, pillows too thick and hard, lounge/dining/bar looked like an office rental space, dinner food not to my taste, electric cables all over the place in bedroom, poor sound proofing I could hear next door occupants snoring, showering and talking and moving about their room, and lastly excessive charges for 25th because of rail strike, blatent profiteering.

Well located for town centre and close to Gun Wharf Quays. Hotel has relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. Rooms are modern and compact but don’t feel cramped. Only exception is bathroom which is small; toilet seems to have been crammed into the corner and would be awkward for larger, or elderly, people to use.

One side of the hotel is located across the road from an extremely noisy student bar. The music was so loud there was no chance of falling asleep before midnight when it closed. Very frustrating when staying at this hotel for work and needing to be up early

Staff were all lovely! However after 10pm both inside and outside the hotel was very noisy!! I felt as though I was woken every hour

The hotel is really close to the shops and theatre, a ten minute walk to Gunwharf Quays and a few more minutes to the historic dockyard . On site parking is a bonus. The room is small but adequate but the bathroom is tiny. A larger person would struggle although the shower was good.
