i did not like the fact gor disabled people it was a night mare hundred of stairs to walk terrible als o plan or directions of how to navigate the rabbit warren to your room

I got charged for a room I didn’t use I cancelled the booking on my app and left it at that to find out I have been charged disgusted!!!!!

Literally one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room was filthy, the old windows meant that throughout the night the only thing we could hear was seagulls. Meaning we got 1 hours sleep all night. Would not stay here again. The door barely locked and had a large gap at the bottom. No hand soap in the bathroom despite it being during a time where hand washing is increasingly important. The breakfast was taste less and raw and we even found a hair in one of the breakfasts. Would have loved to discuss our stay

Entering the hotel through a throng of smokers on the doorstep isn't nice. The hall of mirrors in the lobby is exceptionally disorientating. Finding signage for reception and the lift etc is very difficult due to that. Check in was friendly and efficient. Management need to attend to many things that are wrong here though. Details are incorrect on the website for the car park. The website and other online presence gives the impression the use of the pool is free. It Isn't. They give you a slip of paper on check in which tells you there's a £4 per person charge to use it! That spoilt our plans and enjoyment to be quite Frank. The room had many flaws, perhaps too many to mention. On arrival we did note the window was open. We closed this as we went out for the afternoon. On our return the was a strong smell of paint in the room... Perhaps why the window open! The room needed total overhaul as the furniture was broken, mismatched and ill fitting for the small room. There was old broken plaster on the bathroom floor around the corridors and in our room. Beautiful building that needs sympathetic restoration.
