Specifically asked for a quiet room in booking. I got placed in the basement directly under the bar/reception. I am writing this at 2.17am. Very noisy. Very tired. Very cross.

Easy distance from public transport without as much noise as in many London hotels, spacious rooms for the price. Excellent service and housekeeping. Walls between rooms quite thin, though - could hear people's conversation in the next room over, including their snoring at night.

Von aussen seht das hotel sehr schön aus aber die Zimmer und Badzimmer sind sehr klein und ich hörte mein nachbarn schnarchen in der Nacht. Und unser zimmer war genau vor dem Aufzug was man auch immer ghört hat. Mussten auch sehr viel laufen für eine Station. London war sehr schön aber würde nicht nochmals das Hotel nehmen.
