It was well organised and everyone was very friendly. The staff were very polite. On the other hand, it felt like the room has not been properly cleaned for a long time (remote, corners of the room, window with rusty nails).

Nice place to stay in

Pros: Location
Cons: Services have to be improved the given me a smart phone to use for free calls and Internet at the last day of my stay
Location: All vital things Restaurant , Café and Underground station as well the location is awesome
The hotel location is perfect and near of Restaurant , Café and Underground station as well, whoever, the room is too small for one person but the service is ok

Das Hotel ist genial gelegen und bietet ein wunderbares English Breakfast! Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, traditionell englisch, die Zimmer jedoch arg klein.

L'hôtel se situe à 2 minutes de marche de la station de métro Queensway et de la station Bayswater (2 lignes differentes) se qui rend le déplacement super pratique si on veux se rendre aux differents endroits touristiques, etc. Donc pour l'emplacement rien à redire. Le quartier est calme mais très proche du centre. Ensuite concernant la chambre.... J'ai réservé une chambre Deluxe, se qui signifie qu'elle aurait dû être plus grande que les chambres classiques. Malgré ceci, et après demande auprès de la récéption, la chambre était vraiment petite. Tout comme le lit. Les chambres sont aussi mal insonorisées, on entend les gens dans leur chambre ou dans le couloir. Le café et le thé ainsi qu'une bouilloire sont à disposition gratuitement dans la chambre. Mais les tasses ne sont pas changées d'un jour à l'autre. Donc vous allez devoir faire votre vaisselle :) Le personnel n'est pas très sympa, le seul qui nous a souhaiter une bonne journée était le jeune homme qui s occupe des bagages. Lors de notre prochain séjour à Londres, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel. Je pense sincèrement qu'il est préférable d investir un peu plus d'argent, mais au moins d'avoir une meilleure chambre ainsi qu'un meilleur service.
