Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné à Londres au Grenville Hôtel du lundi 19 au 22 février 2024 dans des conditions inacceptables dans une chambre insalubre. - Moisissures dans la douche (rideau, sol etc…..) - Brosse à WC infecte qui je pense est là depuis l’ouverture de l’hôtel!!!! - Ventilation pas optimale - Humidité dans la chambre - Chambre sale (moquette, mur, rideaux, literie ….) - Bouilloire à disposition avec de l’eau dedans MAIS DEPUIS QUAND!!!! - Petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel à côté Avec du café soluble (pots sales les gens vont se servir avec des cuillères humides) résidus de café autour des pots qui sont en place depuis quand??? - Vaisselle infecte, on ne voyait pas à travers les verres. - Prix exagéré pour un petit-déjeuner très basique pain de mie, beurre, confiture. - Locaux pas nettoyé durant ces 4 jours = Résidus alimentaires au sol Comment peut-on encore proposer des séjours dans cet hôtel. Avez - vous la possibilité de vérifier avant de soumettre ce type d’établissement sur votre site

Uralt, dreckig, schmuddelig, im bad konnte man sich auch als sehr schlanke Person kaum bewegen. Warmwasser für dusche musste über lavabo eingestellt werden. Klobrille hielt nicht. Hörte alles von den nachbarn. Jede jugendherberge bietet für weniger geld mehr

Petit mais so british

Pros: la localisation
Cons: Un rafraîchissement serait très utile
Location: OK
Très petite chambres avec une douche microscopique... Très peu de bruit et une vue sur le Shard incroyable..
