Friendly staff accommodating and convenient

This Hotel is a very convenient location for us , the staff were very friendly and when there was a problem with an outside smell (no fault of theirs) they were very accommodating and offered another room. I would stay at this hotel again I thought it was very reasonable for london prices and as we have stayed there on many occasions before it is familiar and friendly 10/10 for the staff who assisted me.

Room is a let down

This hotel is really well situated for central London, shopping and the sights. Staff are friendly and attentive and the bar and breakfast room are really nice. Then you see your room and what a disappointment. Our room 123 could not have been smaller and was far from the 4 star luxury experience we were looking forward to. Curtains hanging off and a view of a burnt out building. The TV was awful - the picture and sound didn't work together so saw what happened before you saw it. Most disconcerting! My sisters room next door had a big damp patch on the ceiling and you had top go sideways to get into the bathroom as the sink was in the way and the toilet was at such a strange angle you're knees were against the wall. This is not what you expect from a Hilton hotel and it was a shame as the communal areas and situation were good.

Room too hot

As we checked in late it seems we were given a small rickety old room. It was so hot we had to sleep with the windows open. The bed was so creaky in moaned with every move. The bathroom was so hot if you stood in their too long you started to sweat. The location was great it was a shame it was such a horrible nights sleep.

central to everything weekend

The central location enabled us to walk to theater land we felt safe ( important for two ladies )The V&A was only a short ride away.The hotel was comfortable, breakfast was excellant lots of choice, staff friendly. I will be happy to stay again at this hotel.

Good location

Good location. Easy to reach with subway. Walking distance to shopping and theater. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Spots on furniture and carpet in room. Otherwise clean.

Not worthy the 'Hilton label'

The location is perfect, the staff is fine, but the hotel itself is run down, the rooms are TINY (the smallest one I ever stayed in in my life) and is definitely not your average Hilton. In fact, the Hilton Group should better refurbish this hotel asap, because it is definitely not wort the Hilton name.

Die Lage des Hotels nähe Greenpark ist unschlagbar. Das war aber dann schon das Positive. Das Hotel ist alt und abgewohnt. Das Zimmer war winzig und im baufälligen Zustand (Klimaanlage defect, Badzimmer muffig und schimmlig). Ich habe in Jugendherbergen übernachtet die in Punkto Sauberkeit und Komfort um Welten besser waren). Eines Hiltons nicht würdig. Nie wieder.

Not a Hiltton Standard Hotel

Pros: Staff & food
Cons: Rooms
Location: Excellent location with underground connections
Staff and breakfast great. Room really dirty (carpet, chair, bath) and old (curtains, lamp) Only breaksfast was Hilton Style, hotel room more like old hostel/motel room where you wanted to keep your shoes on.

- Zentral und gut erreichbar

London ist teuer, dafür ist die Erreichbarkeit ein sehr wichtiiges Kriterium, welches aber dieses Hotel angesichts der Lage erfüllt
