Small Rooms

Pros: Close to shops and restaurants
Cons: Bigger rooms. Better housekeeping.
Location: Close to all things to do in London.
My room was very small and claustrophobic. Housekeeping wasn't up to scratch.

clean hotel but noisy

Pros: cleanliness
Cons: better windows that keep noise out and actually shut
Location: location was good with access to the tube and restaurants but there was a heavy presence of homeless gypsys
paid a little extra for a garden view room but that was a mistake. given a room directly opposite the lift and the noise of staff running trolleys into the lift and then outside our window as they took them into the street ( our room was above the hotel entrance) lasted well into the early hours, people who went outside for a cigarette were talking loudly and the traffic noise made it an unpleasant stay in a hotel that was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were excellent and check in and out was effortless, just a pity about the noise levels.

Nice hotel, good location

Pros: Rooms modern and good size
Nice hotel in a great location, good room size for London. Hotel happily stored our luggage as we arrived earlier than the check in time. About a 7 min walk to Bayswater Tube station.
