Superb staff, really helpful. Hotel located four minutes walk from Paddington station and you can also easily walk in to Hyde Park and Oxford Street in about 10 minutes. As stated before and will stay here again. I want to particularly mention Roberto and Giorgio who were excellent .

Friendly efficient front desk and a great room

A friendly reception desk who made it a personal experience, location is great for the tube and quiet, room was smallish but aren't all London hotel, it was very modern with high quality fixture and fittings and furnishing we loved it

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Hôtel propre, accessible, bonnes infrastructures. Chambre petite mais pas surprise car on savait à quoi s’attendre. Salle de bain moderne. Quartier calme, idéal!

gute Erreichbarkeit von U-Bahn und Heathrow-Expres

Pros: freundliches Personal an der Reception Erreichbarkeit zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
Cons: Frühstückbuffet besser organisieren
Location: Westminster, nähe Paddingston-Station
gute Erreichbarkeit der öffentl. Verkehrsmittel sehr kleine Zimmer Frühstück zwar reichhaltig, Service ist nicht strukturiert organisiert. Personal gibt sich zwar Mühe, ist aber chaotisch und somit muss man teils lange warten. Auch hier ist der Raum sehr eng.

Sijainti loistava matkustuksen kannalta

Loistava sijainti matkustuksen kannalta, aivan Padingtonin aseman kupeessa. Kaunis rakennus pienen rauhaisan sqaren reunalla. Vasta uusittu hotelli, mutta vessa lorisi vettä pönttöön eikä lavuaarin vesi vetänyt alas ellei sulkijaa kaivellut käsin pohjalta ylös. Ilmainen puhelin ja kartta/turisti info väline, ilmeisesti puhelin. En vain ennättänyt testaamaan. Henkilökunta tylsistyneen oloista ja töksäyttelevää. Ei tavallista Lontoossa, ehkä siksi jäi mieleen.

Sehr zentral gelegenes und hübsches Hotel.

Pros: Die Einrichtung, der Still.
Cons: Ringhörigkeit verbessern.
Location: Es ist in Paddington, 5 Minuten von der UBahn und 7 Minuten vom Hyde Park, als ideal gelegen.
Das Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht super gelegen. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und das Personal ist super freundlich. Es ist einfach sehr klein und die Zimmer eher ringhörig aber das ist normal in Stadthotels.
