Nice higher end hotel. Sadly we felt profiled from the minute we entered due to being dressed for hiking. We were given a rear facing room over a building site and on booking the Aviary Bar were given a poor table with poor service only to watch on as non guests received better treatment. A good hotel looks after all it's guests without profiling them.

Really nice hotel, customer service was really good! Upgraded me soon as i asked for a room in a higher floor!! Only down fall is the swimming pool area is quite small, was overcrowded and I think there was only about 10 people in there none the less great stay. Would definitely recommend it. Thanks Montcalm.

Check in was efficient and friendly - was offered a glass of prosecco which was a nice touch. The room was beautifully furnished. I had room service breakfast - arrived quickly and was delicious. The Jacuzzi area was a little small but I still enjoyed relaxing there for a while.
