This was a poor version of a Premier Inn Hub. The air con made a loud noise so I asked for another room which was given only to find there was no remote control for the television so another trip back to reception to get one. Rooms have no desks or pull-out desks which is very annoying.

Very good value hotel close to Kings Cross / St Pancras. Basic facilities but clean and comfortable with friendly staff. COVID precautions seemed fine

Beds were too small, our feet literally hang from the bed, there is an annoying night light integrated into the lights on the ceiling which you cannot turn off anf the bathroom was so small you could barely sit on the toilet because there was not enough space bezween the toilet and the wall.

Établissement décevant… malheureusement la majorité du personnel ne nous adressait pas la parole (ex.pas de bonjour). La chambre n’était pas bien nettoyée (pleins de poussière, cheveux sur les draps), la chambre n’était pas nettoyée où cela allait avec un supplément (pourquoi ?). La chambre avait Le stricte nécessaire (pas de frigo, pas de bureau/table, pas d’armoire). Dommage pour la promesse qu’il renvoie sur les sites internet.
