From the moment you walk in the staff are fabulously attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The Spa was so relaxing and with lovely facilities. A meal in the courtyard is highly recommended with gorgeous surroundings and a delicious fusion menu. Even the bar had great staff who created off menu cocktail to perfection. Our room had everything we needed for a fabulous nights stay in a great location for all the London sights and shops! What more could you want. Thank you Taj we will be back soon.

Excellent location & a beautiful building. Staff although attentive, appear to lack direction. Breakfast service is chaotic with table repeatedly cleared before finishing. On exit more interested with the discretionary service charge than how the stay was.

The staff were all friendly, the room was spacious with a lovely view of the courtyard. Reception and bar very nice and all the staff were so well trained and helpful that the stay was really special

Très bel hôtel mais la chambre était vieillotte et le matelas trop vieux , ils nous l’ont changé sans problème . Une grande partie de l’hôtel est refaite et la chambre louée était censée y être… la photo et le descriptif de la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à ce que je pensais louer … c’est la première fois que cela m’arrive avec ebookers … sinon personnel aux petits soins et petit déjeuner super … proximité avec des lieux comme l’abbaye de Westminster et Buckingham… à pieds c’est à côté … je recommande cet hôtel mais dans la nouvelle partie refaite à neuf … les parties communes sont superbes … le personnel très gentil

: zentrale Lage sehr aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, gute Auswahl schöne Lobby mit Livemusik, gute Drinks -: sehr altes Hotel extremer Lärm in der Nacht, wir konnten kaum schlafen (zumindest in unserem Teil des Hotels) schöne Lobby, aber veraltete und eher kleine Zimmer

Gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Es ist ein sehr traditionelles Hotel mit einer langen Geschichte.
