Appreciated friendliness of staff, price, location, good breakfast. The state of the room was slightly dated, the bathroom showed a bit of wear, and there was a foul smell in hallway (1st floor) that was attempted to get covered by a strong air freshener. Other than that, it was a very good stay.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Chamberlain hotel

Lovely hotel. Rooms are clean, staff attentive. Proper milk in minibar fridge for tea and coffee. Nice touch. One criticism would be the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Had full English breakfast and was served luke warm and poach eggs were hard. They did replace the breakfast, but feel it should not have been served like this in the first place. All together though would still stay at hotel again.

Chouette hôtel à peux correcte

Les hôtels de Londres ont souvent mauvaise réputation celui ci était excellent, bon confort propre soigné tout bon. Proche des transports public. Seul petit bémol la lumière du couloir ne s'éteint jamais et ça se voit dans la chambre...
