The staff were always keen to give us the best experience. A larger and very quiet room was organised for us when we found the original room too small - and this was late at night when the hotel wwas very booked. A great response and excellent overall stay. Thanks again!

Great vibe especially in the restaurant and bar. Good rooms, well priced for location, friendly and professional staff. Couldn't fault it!

Great hotel, perfectly located for a city trip to London, very nice staff, cosy room, great lobby and restaurant, excellent breakfast and meals.
