Fantastic hotel located within walking distance of the main attraction in London. Easily accessible from the central and northern lines. Rooms were nicely furnished with a lovely shower and it was nice and warm. Highly recommend on a trip to London.

I would like to extend my sincere apologies for the inconveniences you unfortunately experienced, as a result of malfunctioning air conditioning system in your room. Rooms are small and not the cleanest, especially the bathroom, very dated and previous users stray hairs about. Cannot believe a bottle of water is not provided in the room each night. A half eaten room service tray had been left by a neighbouring room in the corridoor, it was there at 3pm Saturday and still there 10.30am Sunday
