Staff friendly and helpful, location is very convenient within walking distance if dont want to take tube or bus to main attractions. Only issues are: - room location, to the front of hotel very noisy (no double glazing on wondows for noise) had to be re-located to back of hotel which had double glazing! - shower was terrible (shower heads need to be changed) in both rooms!

Fantastic hotel located within walking distance of the main attraction in London. Easily accessible from the central and northern lines. Rooms were nicely furnished with a lovely shower and it was nice and warm. Highly recommend on a trip to London.

Rooms are small and not the cleanest, especially the bathroom, very dated and previous users stray hairs about. Cannot believe a bottle of water is not provided in the room each night. A half eaten room service tray had been left by a neighbouring room in the corridoor, it was there at 3pm Saturday and still there 10.30am Sunday
