The room was a tiny box on the top floor without any ventilation. I couldn't breathe. The window was locked shut, there was no fan, nor was there any air circulation. It felt like what I imagine it would be to sleep in a coffin.

disappointed, avoid at all costs if you want wifi connection

the only good thing about this hotel is its location, my room was terribly small and not particularly clean, the pillows was quite flat and the bed was wobbly which made sleeping not a nice experience at all... But what really put me in a bad mood was wifi or lack of it, I booked this hotel bec it offered free wifi and for the entire time I stayed there, first I thought there might be connection problems since my rooms was at 4th foor but even at breakfast which is downstairs, wifi did not work for once, so I had to go to starbucks all the time as long as they were open, quite disappointed!!!!

One night stay over

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, room was very small and there was not much space. Also shower head requires a thorough descaling and the shower water took a long time to drain away. Breakfast was excellent.

Zentrumsnah. 10-15 Minuten zum Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, und Westminster Pier für Bootsfahrten. Alles zu Fuß. Frühstück in Buffet Form. Wird von mir empfohlen. Kann nachgebucht werden. Auch mit Service. Sehr freundliches Personal. Nah auch Läden und Supermarkt Waitrose.
