The rooms were small and walls are thin. We were downstairs and we were woken up in the middle of the night by the squeaking floor boards from above room. It was so loud that it woke us up. We told the receptionist to change rooms. But they said we cant. Disappointing really. I think they know the problem been there so long but ignored it.

Excellent location. Hot breakfast items were stone cold on 2 mornings. Warmer switched off at socket. Very dusty mirror in bedroom.

Westbury VS THE Westbury

Pros: The staff
Cons: Bathrooms and breakfasts
Thought I had booked THE Westbury and was surprised to find this was not it. Since the bookiing was only for three/3 nts, decided to stay. Clean, bed comfortable, bathroom too small, breakfast terrible, but the friendliness of Catherine and Marian and Ted (the staff) made up for everything! They are just wonderful people, great at their jobs, and the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered.
