Very run down The shower did not work well The mattress was so old they used a mattress topper!

Basic hotel but not wirth the stars

Rooms very tiny, but apart from that the "fresh" towels had hair on it. Complained and fresh ones came immediately. However these also had stains.

Great, centrally located hotel.

Booked the hotel for my sister's hen do, for 16 people we paid £968! Bargain. This included breakfast. The hotel is close to shops and bars. Highly recommended.

Great location

Couldn't fault our stay, the hotel is a little dated however and have stayed in much better value hotels with strong brands

Excellent Location

The best part of the hotel is the location, just right of the middle of town center and close to University of Trent. Friendly atmosphere and helpful front desk. Also, not far from the train station. Comfortable room.

Small room, staff are not helpful, good breakfast though

I made the reservation online and encountered some problems with payment. I have been charged twice. I kept contact the hotel but the staff is not helpful at all. They never replied and just ignored me. I have never expected the services of such a large hotel chain is so unacceptable!
