The Ramada south Mimms is extremely tired and dirty, I stayed here for four nights and not once was my room cleaned, bins changed, towels changed etc Very disappointed!

Room condition; tired and shabby. Although there was a sticker on the door stating that the room had been sanitised it was not clean. There were cobwebs on the bathroom door hinges and the floor was dusty. The windows, although double glazed, did not close tightly so the constant sound of the motorway traffic could be heard all night!

The lift was broken. The bathroom door did not shut. The bed was very comfy.

Considering this hotel is at the services it's amazingly quiet. The rooms are very dated and could do with a revamp but on the plus side the beds are comfortable. There is a small bar on site but no restaurant so any meals have to be taken in the main service area. A good choice for a cheap stopover.

Clean and comfortable with good bed and powerful shower. Breakfast voucher £8 for Harry Ramsdens next door good value saving you the price of a coffee. Easy parking and handy location and all at £45 on a Saturday night. What’s not to like?

I'm use to staying & working in 4 & 5 ☆hotels & for the money this hotel was EXCELLENT Great staff Room was clean & every need was on hand EXCELLENT J.OWEN
