Water wasnt clean from hot tap I would have never entered the hotel if they had informed me that the hot water was dirty want able to shower or wash or brush teeth as didn't know what was hot tor cold will be requesting a full refund

Being central to all amenities in Sheffield is brilliant...The reception area is fab and the decor is beautiful...The staff are very friendly and welcoming...Was disappointed that the pool was not open during my visit but this would not put me off staying again...The room was lovely but had a smell coming from the drains..otherwise good...
