Thank you for taking the time to complete the feedback questionnaire regarding your recent visit to Jury’s Inn Southampton. All comments both positive and negative are reviewed by the Heads of Department and then shared with their teams. It is only through open and honest feedback that we can look at and improve the service and standards that we offer. Please accept my sincere apologies for the shortcomings in our service levels during your stay. I understand that we cannot change the experience that you have already had, but I really do hope we will get the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and improve on the impression that you have been left with. Regarding the room cleaning standards, I can assure you that these are not our usual standards of service and we do apologise for falling short on your expectations. I have shared your feedback with my housekeeping team and will definitely utilise your feedback to improve ourselves further. Regarding room cleaning frequency, like many other hotels we had to take measures to ensure our team and our guest safety is in forefront of our practices and hence we try and minimise the contact. However I am indeed surprised that the team was not able to assist when you requested and will surely discuss and address this matter myself.
