First time at this hotel but i would definitely stay again. Lovely clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for the tubes, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.

The room was very clean. Also the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The only fault was that the bathroom was quite small. Overall, the room was excellent. Sean Fitzpatrick

Einfaches, aber schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr nahe zu veilen Restaurants, Shops und zur U-Bahn. Etwas schade, dass die Familienzimmer im Untergeschoss liegen. In einem Zimmer hatte es nur ein ganz kleines Fenster mit Sichtschutzfolie. Wir durften das Zimmer dann wechseln in ein Zimmer mit normalem Fenster. Danke

Zimmer war etwa 2.5 x 2.5m mit zwei Betten drin. Kein Tisch oder Stuhl. Im Bad kann man sich vor dem Lavabo nicht bücken ohne an die Wand zu stossen. Teppich war schmutzig. Fenster liess sich nicht vollständig schliessen. Keine Heizung.
