What can i say. We have stayed here before and this time is as good as or if not better than before. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a small problem with the heating - the room was very cold but we rang and told them and it was rectified immediately. Room became very 'toastie' and staff even rang us back to check that we were ok. We give the hotel and staff '20/10' 😊

Lovely Hotel

This hotel was lovely. We came to Birmingham for a girly weekend. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and very well needed!

Very rude staff, I had to tell them that I had full breakfast on my room price on 3 different days, and everytime they checked it and questioned me like a prisoner. Hotel and rooms was nice, nothing to complain.
