I do apologize that certain information was not given to you and rest assured this has been fed back to our Front of House Manager. With regards to the cost of Breakfast, it is £15 per person if purchased beforehand and £17.50 if purchased on the day. I have also passed on your feedback to our executive team regarding the WIFI & Mineral Water for our Guests. With regards to car parking as this is a public car park and any bookings are done via an app and not apart of the hotel, however i do apologize if you did have some issues with the app. We do have a wide variety of rooms available so the next time you book, please do have a look at the selection online to find one that is more applicable to your requirements.
