The staff was impolite. When asking if there was a possibility to change the room assigned (an underground room) I was informes that when booking trough external operators like ebookers that were the rooms assigned. I should never cone back to Ibis and I am doubting to continue using ebookers

Great location and super friendly staff.

Called ahead to see if we could check in early, it was no issue for the guy we spoke to and he could not have been more helpful. Hotel is in a great location if arriving by train.

Nice & Central, Service so so

Perfect & central (close to the station), this basic hotel had everything we needed for three nights. Service was sub par. Understaffed: Room was not made when we came back from beach at 2 pm to relax. At 4, when we left the room again, we were told it's now "too late" for it to be cleaned. Rather ridiculous, as it happened twice (after we complained at reception).

Das Hotel ist an einer guten Lage direkt beim Bahnhof. Leider wirkt alles sehr billig und lieblos, obwohl das Hotel überhaupt nicht billig ist. Es ist zwar alles im Minimum vorhanden, aber abgenutzt und verbraucht (z. B. Handtücher, Plastik-Badezimmerkabine, Minimum an Teebeuteln etc.) Frühstück hatte ich ausserhalb, da ich befürchtete, dass auch dieses wie fastfood sein wird.

Bookkasin perhehuoneen kahdelle aikuiselle ja lapselle. Kävi ilmi, että lisätietoihin olisi erikseen pitänyt merkitä, että lapselle pitää pedata oma sänky/vuodesohva. Eli vaikka on valinnut huoneessa majoittuvan kolme henkeä, niin tämä ei tarkoita sitä, että kaikille olisi peti valmiina.
