Lovely clean apartment overlooking the seafront. All amenities available, spacious and convenient. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Great spa with lovely friendly staff.

Great room, superb bed, but connecting door didn't really dull the noise from the neighbouring room. That said the noise wasn't bad enough to complain. It just made us quite conscious of our noise too.

Great beach view from room. Wouldn’t want a room at back of hotel though. Corridors and stairways looking a bit worn and in need of TLC but room itself clean and spacious even if decor and furniture a little dated. Fab value though. Filling breakfast. Friendly staff. Can be a bit difficult parking up outside to load at check out time. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for location and price.

Lovely stay here,staff very friendly and very helpful.Comfortable room and bed,very relaxed atmosphere,will certainly stay here again when in Brighton.Close to all shopping and sights.Breakfast great.
