The place needs refurbishment . I sm dutprised that the council in a supposedly good area near stamford bridge foes not check these hotels. The bathroom had mould, thew wall of the room had cracks and there was lots of linen bags on the floor blocking the way to the lift. The bed was poor quality and the TV in the room was like a dest top screen 20 inch perhaps. No remote for the tv. The water tap in the bathroom was making so much noises . Someone should ho snd check this hotel snd make the owner do some work before continuing getting guests .

Terrible! Room had graffiti on the walls, room smell like wee by the side of my bed! No tv remote, shower was broken. I will never stay here again.

It's a small room I get that, but what try to shoehorn a bathtub into the room? because of this the bathroom is cramped, it has ½ a door (full sized wouldn't fit) which gets in the way. They could instantly improve the lodging by removing the bathroom door. better yet remove the bath tub it's a 2 star hotel so why have a bathtub?. There was no shelf for the toiletries, they have to stand on the bedroom desk. There was no drainage cover for the sink - drop anything and it's down the sink, call a plumber to collect it. Likes: the bed was comfy as in super comfy wish I could take it home comfy. Located close to a tube station - easy to get to and easy to get around. Doesn't serve breakfast - most hotels try to get an extra star by serving something abominable and calling it food this one doesn't so a point there because your not paying for something you don't want.

The whole experience was awful!! Our room with one child was on 3th floor. The room was untidy, the floor was presumably cleaned with some oily cleaning liquid that stuck in feet. I washed the floor myself, which is quite a thing as a hotel guest. The pillows were flat and the hotel couldnt provide extra pillows. Weird! Our room ceiling had a broken ceilingplate that moved during whole night as the wind blew. You can imagine the noise. The pictures of rooms promised something totally different. The only good thing was the location.

Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben noch am gleichen Abend wieder ausgecheckt. Keine Rückerstattung. Das Geld für die 2 Nächte ist verloren. Kann ehrlich gesagt nicht verstehen, warum ebookers.ch dieses Hotel den Kunden anbietet. Als ebookers Kunde, erwarte ich, dass diese Plattform einen regelmässigen Qualitäts-Check durchführt? Sauberkeit, Infrastruktur, Einrichtung, Isolation, Service, etc. dieses Lily-Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden. Für 30 Pfund mehr pro Nacht, hat man in einer Hotelkette in der Nähe ein gutes Zimmer, top Service, gute Infrastruktur und ein zusätzliches umfangreiches Frühstück. Schade habe ich das Angebot nicht früher gesehen.
