In need of renovation
Pros:Location
Cons:Staff training, room functions working (air con) and a functioning second lift - had to wait for ages for the only one that was working.
I stayed for over a week during winter - room was very cold. Heating function in air con wasn't working well. They offered a room change but only smaller rooms were available. I was provided heaters to heat room which over heated at night, and then was awoken again to turn the cold air con on for ventilation. Had broken sleep like this for the initial days having to play human thermostat. When I complained, they sent the engineer who confirmed faulty air con, but wasted most of my afternoon whilst I waited for him to leave after fixing it (so I could get ready to leave). When I complained to front desk that they shouldn't be selling rooms in this condition, they simply shrugged their shoulders and informed me that these things happened. I paid a lot for a stay during the Christmas and New Year period, yet I feel I got a poor service especially with this attitude...

Very nice hotel would definatly stay there again close to buses to get you to and from different places. Hotel staff very friendly and were always there to help us.

Nice hotel let down by lack of desks
Pros:Close to my bank. There is air conditioning.
Cons:desks in the rooms, like other hotels.
Location:On bus route to city centre.
The hotel has no desks in the room. As a journalist, I spend much time writing and had to spend hours bent over the coffee table. Every morning I had to go down at 0400 to the business room to write. It is a small, stuffy room without external windows and proper ventilation. There are two old plastic, uncomfortable chairs.

Loistava sijainti lähellä asuvaan tyttäreen tuben vieressä hyvin yhteyksin Paddingtonin asemalle ja keskustaan. Miellyttävä asuinalue. Kaunis siisti esteetön hotelli. Ympäristöystävällinen mutta jostain syystä naulakossa olevat pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä - vähempikin olisi riittänyt.
