The kids and I had a fantastic stay, beds very comfortable, rooms spacious great amenities (gym, pool, sauna and steam room) and staff amazing! Would definitely recommend ☺️

Comfy beds, smart TVs with chrome cast and friendly staff. Small swimming pool but perfectly adequate and a sauna. Only slight concern was the inability to lock the unisex changing rooms and nowhere to shower straight from the pool, unless I just missed it

There was extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant on my last day. They were wonderful at what they do!

access to Excel was great. Damages to the doors and walls to rooms on floor 2 and around the service areas on floor 2 - not very aesthetically pleasing. for the Rate - excellent hotel

I had a lovely weekend with my son at the hotel . Very kind staff with smile on their faces. The hotel swimming pool was excellent snd I liked that it was open till 11 pm ! So we could rrlax at the end if a busy day. The staff at the bar and specially the manager of the bar were excellent , very helpful and very kind. Initially i thought it was a bit far from the centrsl london on the map but when i got to the hotel I noticed it has LDR just 1 min walk from hotel and in 30 min I could get to central london.
