Noisy at night in the bar area and when they had an event on. People banging on floor upstairs above the bedroom. TV was quite slow to turn on. Good that there was a lot of sky channels available. No water in room, forced to buy a bottle for £3.90 which was overpriced. Should provide free bottles of water in room. Staff were friendly and helped but when I asked for a toothbrush I had to collect it from the reception myself rather than someone bringing it to the room. Same thing with the food that I ordered, had to collect myself.

Bus And Tube Close By And City Amenities Near By .

Staff Were Very Polite And Excellent At Doing Their Roles Of Hotel Staff Like I Would Recommend This Hotel To Anyone And Breakfast Was Very Reasonably Priced At Ten Pounds .

Nightmare Stay

This was the 2nd time we stay here. 1st time wasn't a good experienced too. When we check in 1st time, the toilet was full of cigarettes smell. We complaint and the staff was upgrade us to a better room. So we thought its only occasionally having such a problem. So we decide give another try. But this time was totally unacceptable. When we were check to the room. The toilet wasn't clean and it was left over some poo inside the toilet. when we complaint to the reception. They told us it was impossible. They didn't change the room straight away, they told us to wait and they will go and check inside the toilet. Finally they do apologise and try to upgrade us to a better room so called executive room. It wasn't good either, the double bed was broken and the pillow full of hole hard. It doesn't like a 4 star hotel. I think it should bring downgrade to 2 or 3 star. It's totally not up to 4 start hotel standard. Not even a 3 star too I think.

Trip to London

Bed was not very comfortable unfortunately l could feel the springs. You can also hear a lot of road noise

Good - but location not ideal

All good except the location - right on the busy Hendon Way. I like to open windows but windows were sealed, and anyway, it would have been very noisy. I really didn't like the look of the menu so never ate at the hotel. Nothing much around so you've got to go over to GoldersGreen - 1 mile away. However, lovely big room, very clean and the staff were cheerful and helpful. However, I wouldn't choose it again.

Super Hotel für Wochenendtrip

Pros: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Cons: Im Badezimmer hat es komisch gerochen. Wir würden vorschlagen die Abwasserrohre einmal gründlich zu reinigen und einen Duftspender aufzustellen.
Location: Das Hotel ist ca. 20 Minuten von der Oxfordstreet entfernt. Es liegt direkt an einer Hauptstrasse ist mit dem ÖV jedoch sehr gut zu erreichen.
Wir (3 Frauen) haben 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht über Silvester. Die Zimmer waren eher eng aber alles in Allem war der Komfort sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und jeden Tag wurde geputzt und neue Handtücherbereitgelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Wände sind leider sehr dünn weshalb man schnell laute Geräusche hören kann. Sobald man einmal mit dem Bus (Nr. 113) und der Underground (Jubilee line) ins Londoner Zentrum gefahren ist, hat man den Dreh schnell raus. Das Zentrum hat man innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreicht. Ausserdem fahren an den Wochenenden Nachtbüsse bis 4 Uhr morgens. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall erneut buchen.
