Convenient location. Pleasant, welcoming staff. Have stayed here quite a few times, because of the friendly staff.

The hotel is in a good location close to multiple transport links. Check in was quick and easy. Room was basic but clean. Bed was comfortable. The only faults seemed to centre around the bathroom. Shower was terrible. Poor water pressure and only just about warm. Only 1 towel each provided so you have to use it as a hand towel then use it damp after your shower while your wet hair drips down your back. The towels that were provided seemed very old, thin and threadbare.

Perfect cheaper London stay that had everything we wanted, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and a comfy bed and a few minutes from the nearest tube station, happy days

Breakfast was lovely although bacon was awfully crispy. Bed was rock hard as were the pillows. Air cooling system didn’t work due to the hotel thermostat still being set to winter, phoned room service he said he’d see if there was any fans but didn’t get back to us = no sleep

Check in was a bit confusing as it wasn’t clearly sign posted and there was nobody on it when we got there so you had to shout someone from the bar (which was next to it). However it was simple when someone was with us and once complete the rest of the hotel was what you’d expect of an ibis and good for what we needed it for.

Good location for transport links

No WiFi available during the stay. No bath towels. Not enough milk for drinks.

short stay

Pros: Very close to where we needed to be.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Everything nearby, bye cinema, Westfield shopping centre which as 350 shops!
It was a short stay for us, right near to the Westfield shopping centre and also the W12 shopping centre, it had everything atound the hotel that you would ever need. Would definitely recommend.
