The property was nothing to write home about. There was nothing unique. However the water from the taps did smell dirty. We paid for a queen size room what we got was two single beds pushed together for my partner and I to sleep on. We slept on that uncomfortable bed or should I say beds for the first night then changed rooms the following day. The young lady who changed our room was very pleasant, however the next room had one bed, no way it was a queen size room. I am disappointed with the overall establishment there was no room service telephone no mini bar. Don’t think I will be staying there again.

Had a queen size bed, that was 2 singles beds out together. This kept coming apart all through the night. Staff seemed very much disengaged and basically not interested when spoken to. Woke up in the morning with bites all over my face. Not sure what bite me, but half my face has spots.

Overnight stay with teen- Westfield shop.

Pros: Location, funky "hard rock" style, staff
Cons: Tea-coffee making facilities-please ! Even basic B&B have these ! Bin in bedroom ( if not you will leave a lot of trash)
Location: Ideal Westfield and Stratfotd centre and central London
Nice funky hotel so close to Westfield. Downside- no tea/coffee making facilities in room- one tiny bin in toilet only- back rooms (ours sadly !!) overlook rail line so really noisy (couldn`t adjust climate control from 24 degress so had to open window as really too hot to sleep in small room...) Single beds very hard and Im not fussy what I sleep on.

"2 Queen Beds + I Double Sofa Bed,' doesn't exist!

Pros: We particularly liked the newness of the hotel and its location.
Cons: Overburdened staff, need additional staff help to ensure that guests enjoy their stay and rooms must be correctly described to avoid disappointment.
Location: Close to the station, shopping centre and within walking distance of the Olympic Park and Aquatic Centre.
We arrived on Friday evening for 1 night (family of three), having booked and been confirmed, a room with '2 queen beds and one double sofa bed.' The staff politely informed us that the room doesn't exist within the Moxy Hotel and that we had been allocated a double room with sofa bed. The staff were very apologetic, particularly as all rooms of this type are at the back of the hotel, just above a busy tube line. The noise didn't bother my son (who slept well on his sofa bed) and I, but kept my husband awake for much of the night. The bedroom was specious and in new condition, also very clean, however, the sofa bed hadn't been made up. After a stressful four visits to reception staff (who appeared to be extremely busy) and by 9.30 pm, the bedding was finally delivered to the room and we made the bed ourselves. We didn't have the breakfast, which was offered in a buffet style arrangement and therefore unable to comment on its quality. A public carpark was available,, opposite the hotel. We checked rates with the staff by telephone, before arrival and informed the charge would be around £9 for the duration of our stay, however we actually paid £21.
