I was very disappointed in the customer service ( receptionist). Took me about 15 mins before I was giving a key and also to charge me £50 as holding fee after I have made my booking and paid off online was very disappointing

Was ok the service not that good.n the shower was leacking.needed repaired or need new.one+the bed was un comfortable to sleep on my partner had back ack.
